I have a 3 years and 5 months old one daughter only.During pregnancy I have gained a lot of weights and I was being able to loose most of it by exercising and healthy food but my lower belly looks so loose and ugly!I do want to have more children in future but not any time sooner than 2-3 years at least.I just don't want to wait until I am done having children because I don't know when that will be....my belly bothers me a lot by the way it looks
Answer: Finding Best Tummy Tuck Surgeon This is a great question because the most critical decision to be made in achieving the best plastic surgical result is picking the most experienced and talented, that is the best, plastic surgeon possible. Too often, patients choose a physician based on a catchy ad, the brand name of a technique, the basis of one or two before and after photos, or their web site’s search engine ranking. These criteria will not find the most experienced and talented plastic surgeon. See the below link to identify the best tummy tuck surgeon.#besttummytucksurgeon#bestplasticsurgeon

Answer: Best Surgeon Thank you for your question and providing photos. I do suggest to my patients to wait to have a TT until they are finished having children. That being said there are many fine surgeons in your area. You can use this site, the websites of the ASAPS and ASPS. I would recommend you go on 2-3 consults with board certified PS. Best of luck.

Answer: Picking a Tummy Tuck Surgeon I advise my patients to wait until they have finished having children before having a tummy tuck that includes muscles tightening, however, it is safe to have liposuction and skin tightening done. Be sure to pick a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, there are listing on the website for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons at plasticsurgery.org, also, look at before and after pictures of patients on the surgeons website and read online reviews posted by actual patients. Good luck.

Answer: Liposuction Now, Tummytuck after final pregnancy I appreciate your frustration, but if you are planning more kids, Tummytuck is not your answer.Liposuction is ideal for well defined areas of fat unaffected by diet and exercise. Tummytuck addresses redundant skin and fat and also tightens stretched abdominal wall muscles after pregnancy. Judging from your photos, liposuction may be a reasonable bridge until your final pregnancy and Tummytuck. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to assist with your decision

Answer: Who is the best surgeon for a tummy tuck? Thank you for the question and pictures. Based on your pictures and history it is likely that you will be an excellent candidate for tummy tuck surgery. Generally speaking, the “ideal” patient for tummy tuck surgery is one who has completed pregnancies, is psycho socially/emotionally/financially stable, has an excellent social support system surrounding him/her, is capable of arranging enough recovery time, does not smoke and who has reached a long-term stable weight. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. I hope this, and the attached link/video, helps. Best wishes.
