Thank you for your question and providing photos. I do suggest to my patients to wait to have a TT until they are finished having children. That being said there are many fine surgeons in your area. You can use this site, the websites of the ASAPS and ASPS. I would recommend you go on 2-3 consults with board certified PS. Best of luck.

I advise my patients to wait until they have finished having children before having a tummy tuck that includes muscles tightening, however, it is safe to have liposuction and skin tightening done. Be sure to pick a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, there are listing on the website for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons at plasticsurgery.org, also, look at before and after pictures of patients on the surgeons website and read online reviews posted by actual patients.
