I noticed about 10 days ago asymmetry in my eyelids. I thought it was overnight swelling but it hasn't gotten any better. It seems my right eye has an extra crease making the eyelid appear larger. My questions are - Can I expect this to go away ? Could there be a more nefarious cause lurking / should I get this checked out by a doctor? What are some possible causes? If it is permanent, could it be fixed?
