Eyelid surgery healing is often asymmetric. At this time, it is best to wait for healing to complete (about 3 months) and then re-evaluate by your surgeon and/or another opinion. 

You are very early after surgery, so give it time.  Your degree of swelling looks within what's expected.  Have a great recovery!  Let your doctor know of your concerns.

Try to relax and let yourself heal.  You need a couple of months here.  Take it down a few notches.  There is no drama here.  You are not "very" swollen.

At 2 weeks or even 5-6 weeks after blepharoplasty you can have asymmetrical swelling.  The side you sleep on will show more swelling !!  Nothing to worry at this point. Be patient and follow your surgeon's instructions.  At your next visit you can address the issue if still present.

Not to worry. Even though you might see some irregularities as do I, this could all be inflammatory stages of your healing. You must give it 60-90 days before final outcome. Have your surgeon keep a close eye on it (no pun intended) for any issues. Patience is the best virtue in plastic surgery. If a revision needs to be done Im sure your surgeon will address those with you.

Postoperative swelling/bruising/etc. are almost always uneven. At two weeks time, you are not even close to complete healing. Your healing is just beginning. So relax, take it easy, and trust your oculoplastic surgeon.

My strong advice to you is to be patient. Do not be self conscious, just go out and enjoy life. Healing takes time, and it can be different on the 2 sides of the face or body, and you need to allow your body to heal. Do not push to do anything, stay in touch with your surgeon, and normally all things correct themselves.
