I am mid-20s and had surgery/CO2 laser with an oculoplastic surgeon. Before/after I meticulously followed instructions for icing, supplements, ointment, etc. Still am low salt, elevated head, walking, no alc. No bruising, right side is fine, but left is VERY swollen and hasn't really improved. I've seen my Dr but still feel worried and next apt is at 1 month. Trying not to stress, but need wisdom on what to do? Really just wait? Is it an uneven result? Uncomfortable & embarrassed to go out.

Everyone has some sort of facial asymmetry. Usually one side of their face is the 'dominant' or larger side which manifests as a slightly higher brow position, more open looking eye and slightly longer jaw pushing the chin point to the opposite side. This is your right side.

As long as things are not getting worse, you can consider lower blepharoplasty. See following website link for more details. See an oculoplastic surgeon.
