2 wks post lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty/fat repositioning. Uneven swelling and not improving. What to expect? (photo)

I am mid-20s and had surgery/CO2 laser with an oculoplastic surgeon. Before/after I meticulously followed instructions for icing, supplements, ointment, etc. Still am low salt, elevated head, walking, no alc. No bruising, right side is fine, but left is VERY swollen and hasn't really improved. I've seen my Dr but still feel worried and next apt is at 1 month. Trying not to stress, but need wisdom on what to do? Really just wait? Is it an uneven result? Uncomfortable & embarrassed to go out.
