I'm at a loss of what to do this keeps getting worse. It started with a malar bag. This puffyness on top of my cheek now my face mainly on my right side is slowly deteriorating. The skin under my eye has become really thin and sagged along with the rest of my face. My right side looks more like before. I have tmj on my right side dentist said I have bone loss should I get my tmj joints looked at? Could I have had a stroke?? Please someone give me so input
