Dear Kayyh,It appears you have the beginning of eyelid festoons/malar mounds. These often occur in people with lighter skin type and tend to have their origins in past sun damage. This sun damage can also account for the wrinkles appearing in your left lower lid.First, its important to protect your skin regularly. Wear good quality sun protection every day before going out and reapply if you're out for extended time periods. Mechanical Sunblocks containing Titanium Dioxide or Zinc Oxide are the best. Wear this everyday and you'll reduce future sun damage and wrinkling. To reverse past sun damage and the malar mounds, deeper laser procedures can be done to remove past damage and allow your skin to regrow with new tighter skin. This has recovery associated with it but would likely give you the best results.I hope this was helpful. 

Thank you for your photos and questions.  It may be beneficial to meet with your regular doctor to discuss the issues you are having with TMJ and bone loss on your right side.  From an aesthetic standpoint you can consider fillers to add volume where you have receded.  Lasers may be helpful to improve skin tone and texture.  I recommend visiting with a board certified plastics surgeon in your area for a consultation and to learn which treatments would be best for you.
