Answer: Would I have stop the keto diet after a fat transfer to my breasts to avoid any loose breast fat? If you are in good general health, and all medical conditions have been managed; adequate protein intake as well as a multivitamin can be useful. No need to increase calories or carbs.

When the fat takes, it is not “loose” inside the breast so there are issues to discuss with a board certified plastic surgeon to enhance your understanding of what fat transfer can and cannot accomplish.
