Answer: Breast Fat Transfer I appreciate your concerns and desires, however photos and/or in person consultation would be helpful in order to answer your questions in detail. Generally speaking, it is best to maintain a stable weight after breast fat transfer. You do have options, both with pros and cons. Implants have a solid and reliable history with very high patient satisfaction rates but they must be replaced every 12-15 years. Fat grafting has the advantage of using your own body's material to increase breast size, but only small augmentation is possible. There is always uncertainty about how much fat will "take", increasing the possibility of asymmetry and need for revision. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to help you navigate this decision. Good luck!

Answer: Would I have stop the keto diet after a fat transfer to my breasts to avoid any loose breast fat? If you are in good general health, and all medical conditions have been managed; adequate protein intake as well as a multivitamin can be useful. No need to increase calories or carbs.

Answer: Breast fat transfer The more important question is whether you are a candidate for the fat transfer procedure. How much of an augment do you expect? When the fat takes, it is not “loose” inside the breast so there are issues to discuss with a board certified plastic surgeon to enhance your understanding of what fat transfer can and cannot accomplish.
