I am going to undergo liposuction of my inner thighs and possibly lower abdomen. Is it possible to have the fat grafted to my breasts, and how much would be needed? Also, will the lipo of lower abdomen just result in saggy skin? Thanks!
Answer: Fat transfer Unfortunately, you have not told us your bra size. If you are 32 or 34, each 100 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are 36 or 38, each 200 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change. However, not all fat transferred survives. Approximately 60% does survive so you will need to compensate by over grafting to correct the amount lost. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Inner thigh and low abdomen lipo. How much fat is needed to graft to breasts? (photos) In general, 200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons. It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer. In general, 50% of the fat transferred survives. Multiple transfers would be required for additional cc's. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred donor sites but fat from other areas can be used. I use one small incision under each breast to make the scar as minimal as possible and then inject the fat wherever it is needed. Consult via email or Skype with a board certified PS to provide more information regarding the results you are seeking.

Answer: Fat transfer Dear it is possible to do fat transfer to breasts. The amount of needed fat will depend on the size of your breasts and desired size. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breast Fat Transfer It appears from your photos that you are a good candidate for liposuction of your thighs And abdomen. Physical examination would be needed to determine the level of redundant skin after liposuction. Mini tummy tuck may be an option to address this. Usually it is possible to gain one brassiere cup size with the Fat transfer, and that also depends on the amount of harvested fat available. In your case, there does not appear to be a lot. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to go to the increase chances for the best and safest possible result. Good luck.
