I want to get a Face Lift, but I've realized that I also want to get a Rhinoplasty too. Which one should be done first? I am thinking of having one procedure done in 2015 and the other one done in 2016. Thank you.
Answer: Rhinoplasty and facelift The short answer is: it doesn't matter. Any sequence of surgeries is possible and one is no better than the other. Having the rhinoplasty and facelift performed at the same time, however, will be the most cost efficient option due to anesthetic and facility fees. Good luck!

Answer: The order of surgical procedures... Actually, a facelift and rhinoplasty can be performed together at the same time. If you choose to go that route, you will only have one anesthesia and one recovery. The overall cost is usually a bit less as well. If that is not an option for you, then it really does not matter which one you do first. They are procedures on distinctly different areas of the face and don't really interact. I would simply suggest doing the one that bothers you the most first.

In our practice, if a patient is thinking of having both procedures, we'll often perform them on the same day.
