1 month post op. Surgery done in Korea. My nose was flat before, got bigger bc of the cosmetic surgery. so a few weeks ago i put in tweezers and took out a deep booger that was attached to some string. also did it today. both times left nostril. before i took it out today my left nostril was causing me discomfort. also scrunching my nose A LOT is it possible my septum wall shifted/collapsed? there are bumps inside the left, not my right. infection? can't ask surgeon in korea bc i'm in the u.s.
