Is this change realistic and possible to achieve on my face? Jaw angle and nose

Your goals in nose surgery are quite feasible, if not 100% near to total achievement, based in your simulation and current situation.Your lips don't need any enhancement, fillers are an option there but give it a think, IMHO your lips are fine and proportionate.About the jaw, forget it, jaw angle implants are problematic in the mid term, and fillers a disaster.

Thank you for the photos.  It makes answering your questions very straightforward.  I would recommend you see William Binder in Beverly hills to discuss full length jaw implants.  He is doing amazing work with 3d imaging and custom implants.  The changes to your nose are also very reasonable and any rhinoplasty surgeon should be able to help you.  As to your lips, the best part about hyaluronic acid filler is that it can be dissolved if you don't like it.  

 The rhinoplasty procedure can be performed to straighten and narrow a crooked and wide nose. Jaw implants can also be placed at the same time. Both procedures were performed under general anesthesia as an outpatient surgery. To narrow and straighten the bridge line of the nose requires osteotomies. To straighten and narrow a wide tip requires a tip plasty. For many examples, please see the link and the video below

Hi, based upon the attached photos, the cheeks are a bit flat, the upper loop is quite thin and the nasal tip is wide.  It is perfectly reasonable to:Thin and refine the nose and nasal tip with Rhinoplasty as you have doe in your after rendering.Augment the upper lip with Juveder/Restylane or even a semi-permanent Alloderm lip implantAugment the cheeks by using either a filler (I prefer Perlane) or permanently with cheek implantsThe chin appears to be augmented in the after photo but I'd need to see a profile before view to determine if the chin is truly weak.As far as augmenting the jaw line itself, this is far less aesthetically important in your particular case.I hope this helps.
