Can I restore a dorsal hump?

Question

I recently had a rhinoplasty because I broke my nose. I had a huge bump after the hit and I wanted to get rid of it. After the surgery I felt like I looked very different even before I broke my nose. Reason being was that I always had a little bump/ curvature. Now I don't have any of the shape and it really bothers me. I want to know if I can have it restored even if it's not perfectly how it was before (Photos 1-2 before breaking my nose 3-4 afew weeks after breaking it 5-6 a week after surgery

We have seen attempts to restore a nasal bump using cartilage grafting, and results were not terrific. You appear to have an improved and straight nasal profile. Consider living with it since fillers or surgery may not lead to a result you desire. Thank you. Dr Joseph

Every detail matters in rhinoplasty, The bump is gone, unfortunately, the tip of your nose is going down and the nasolabial angle isn't aesthetically pleasing, I'm wondering where the tip cartilages currently are positioned, how big and strong they are, and how much of the size of your tip is scar tissue. These photos seem to indicate that your nose is long, too, with a tip that we might call droopy on the profile views. We could elevate the tip at the same time as narrowing and re-shaping the tip might do. I would recommend you to assist to a face to face consultation with a Board Certificate Surgeon,
