I had my first rhinoplasty in 2008 which resulted in a pollybeak deformity. In September 2018, I had a revision. The surgeon removed the scar tissue and a small amount of cartilage. We were off to a great start until June 2019. Now it appears to be reforming again! Please help! I receive Kenalog injections, the swelling goes down and in 8 weeks it's back again. Why is this happening again?!!
