I'm planning and researching for a revision and don't want to use my ear cartilage because I love my ears and don't want them touched or scars or any issues to come from touching them. I'm curious about cadaver as an option. I don't mind using my own rib cartilage but I think I'll need a softer cartilage to widen the tip aside from repositioning them.
