I want to acheive the sunken cheek, broad chin, strong jaw look. I am clueless to what I can do or even if its possible.
Answer: Cheeks -- Fat; Fillers like Radiesse, Juvederm Voluma/Vollure, Restylane Defyne/Lyft, Bellafill, Sculptra; Cheek Implants Facial sculpting and contouring of the face can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Contour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Facial evaluation Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. Two options which could work for you could be either fillers such as voluma or fat grafting and cheek bones implants. When performing a cheek implant, I always use a medpor implant with screw fixation. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Answer: Facial Reshaping What you are seeking is largely possible through the proper choice and placement of implants provided one has the right face for it. (a thin face) Special designed cheek, chin and jaw angle implants with buccal lipectomies will go a long way to helping change your facial shape. You are never going to look exactly like the model picture you have shown because your face is naturally fuller.

Answer: I want to acheive the sunken cheek, broad chin, strong jaw look. I am clueless to what I can do or even if its possible. Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, facial implants (cheek implants, chin implant, lips implants), liposuction and facelifts over the past 30 years. Looking at your photos and comparing your face to the male model you wish to emulate: Your cheeks are flat in the front while his are pronounced and angular, not flat or sunken; Your chin is weak while his has the ideal forward projection making it angular while balancing the lower face; Your mandibular angle is weak and his is very prominent making the jaw line appear angular and flared. These facial features support my research and studies over the past 30 years that have led to the development of my facial beauty principles. These beauty principles state, among other things, that men look chiseled and handsome (just like the male model example that you provided) when there is angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles. The male model has all three and sadly, your face has none of these ideally shaped facial features. The god news is that they can. *Cheek augmentation using silastic cheek implants of the proper size, shape and when properly placed will create more angular cheeks. *Chin augmentation using a silastic chin implant, placed through a small curved incision under the chin, will add forward projection to chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face. I perform chin augmentation in less than 30 minutes often using local anesthesia lone. I find this technique safe, quick and highly effective while being far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty that requires bone cuts and mental screw or plates to secure the cut bone segments. *Augmentation of the Mandibular Angles is performed using an off the shelf dermal filler instead of jaw implants, which in my humble opinion, have too many serious side effects. I would like to mention that fat transfer (fat injections), in my option, despite its popularity, provides far less of a reliable and predictable volume to shape the cheeks, chin, jaw line and lips than an off the shelf dermal filler or facial implants.Hope this helps.
