They push upwards and outwards and make my eyes look smaller. Is there some technique to flatten them without building any collagen which would make them look even bigger? It is not aesthetically pleasing and I look like Jim Carey's character in the Mask! Would malar/zygomatic reduction help? Or ultherapy just on the cheek area - or does the latter build collagen? Thanks!

I can't tell from your photos. Generally, everyone has some asymmetry. If your asymmetry is pronounce, then options typically will include cheek implants or facial fat transfers. Best wishes.
