Patients typically request treatments that make their cheeks more prominent. When looking at these photos, I'm noticing that the cheek bones do stick out. The reason they stick out is the area above the cheek. The lower eyelid area is flat or even depressed, making the cheeks appear to stick out. Smoothing the transition from eyelid to cheek with a filler will make the cheeks less obvious. This is a safer alternative to treatments that reduce the cheek. Safety comes first. 

There are several things that can be done for prominent cheeks.  This is best decided in an in-office exam.  The pictures given are not enough to assess the entire face. Generally, reducing the malar (cheek bone) or the soft tissue in the malar area will help.  Best wishes.
