Hello, I am of asian descent and have a rather flat midface. I got a rhinoplasty thinking that would help solve my issue, but afterwards realized it is not my nose, but rather my mid cheek area that is flat. I am wondering what is the best option for me? Upon researching I saw recommendations of a le fort 1 but that seems a bit complex What do you recommend? Cheek filler? Piriform filler? Implants? Le fort? Etc.
Hello! I have always had quite a chubby face that has made me very insecure. I want to be able to give my face some structure...i was interested in a buccal fat removal initially but after reading all of the cons, i reconsidered. I have heard about cheek liposuction but am unfamiliar with what that is or if is different from buccal fat removal.
Hi I have been dealing with this sagging face look for a very long time, its genetic I presume. My cheeks are sagging I have under eye hollowness and lack of fullness in the upper face. Am I a good candidate for cheek augmentation or should I do fillers first ? Also I dont like the bulging eye look of the lower lid when squinted.
Age: mid thirties Insecure about my face when I smile, specifically the chipmunk effect that happens in my mid face. It remains at higher and lower weights. I've tried buccal fat reduction so far I would greatly appreciate your recommendations - surgical and non-surgical, as my insecurity about my smilenot just my cheeksmakes me avoid having my picture taken or hesitant to smile in photos.
Would a cheek or temporal lift help this area . I had a mini face lift and co2 1 year ago and have started to develope these depressions . I did attempt fat transfer helped for a few months now Im back to bad skin and the same issue
I'd like to try this noninvasive tx. I have cheek festoons that are on the milder side. I've tried RF microneedling, filler, fat transfer. Nothing really helped much. I'm thinking about doing CO2 laser, but I'm hesitant as even though I'm a Fitz III, I already have some melasma and hyperpigmentation. Doxy injections would be so low risk. Would I look for a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon and does anyone have any experience with this?
Okay, so i have identified my problem, and its the cheek area. I've tried fillers but afterwards it just looks like I've gained weight. I've tried fillers for the jawline and that made my face look like a cube. The thing is, I'm happy about my profile an every angel except from the front - from this view my face looks round and flat and wide. What options do i have?
