My right cheekbone seems to be lower than my left, causing my right eye to also be lower. How can this be fixed? My right lower eyelid is also lower than the left lower eyelid making my eyes look uneven.
Answer: Facial Contouring and Augmentation with Fillers (Voluma, Radiesse), Implants, Sculptra or fat, Botox, radiofrequency, ultherapy Facial symmetry can be improved with well-placed fillers (voluma, radiesse) or sculptra. Implants or fat are an alternative. Well-placed Botox in combination with radiofrequency or ultherapy can also be used to lift the eyebrow and lid. See a facial contouring expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: One cheekbone and eye lower Everyone has some degree of asymmetry. Actors and models are well aware of this and many will speak of their "better side". Improving asymmetries of the cheek and brow can be done using synthetic fillers or natural fat transfer which will give longer lasting results. Sometimes Botox can help brow asymmetries.

Answer: One cheekbone and eye lower than the other? Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, facial implants (cheek, chin), liposuction and/or facelifts for over 30 years. All faces has one side that is higher, lower more or less wide than the other. Your face has an average degree of asymmetry which by itself doesn't affect how attractive your face is perceived. From the photos, your cheeks are very flat in the front, there is significant excess fat below and in front of the cheeks, chin is weak as are the back portions of the jaw line. These factors combine to create an elongated, oval shaped face. Following my beauty principles that I've developed over 30 years, women look the most feminine, youthful and attractive with heart shaped faces. Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round in the front. Cheek augmentation with a dermal filler or using cheek implants for a permanent enhancement will create full, round cheeks that will feminize the entire face. Liposuction would be performed to reduce the excess fat in order to further shape the cheeks and face. When the chin is weak, this lower face imbalance making the nose appear larger, de-emphasis of the lips and early formation of a double chin formation. Chin augmentation using a chin implant will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face. I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone. In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery. The back portion of your jaw line is a bit weak and can be augmented, without making your face appear masculine, using precise placement of a dermal filler (I prefer using Restylane Lyft). Hope this helps.
