Hello ranmastersCheek implants are available in a range of different shapes and sizes, they are mostly customized to fit a specific facial structure. Fillers such as Juvederm Voluma, Radiesse and RestylaneLyft are great alternatives to cheek implants, also fat transfer or injection can be done.
Cheek or Malar Asymmetry is common. Fillers are temporary fixes to mask this. The fillers only aid in soft tissue augmentation. If the issue is in fact a skeletal deficiency then an implant is your best solution. A thorough examination of your bony structure and soft tissue is essential in guiding this decision. Seek consultation with a physician who is well versed in facial augmentation surgery. All the best!
Facial symmetry can be improved with well-placed fillers (voluma, radiesse) or sculptra. Implants or fat are an alternative. See a facial sculpting expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer
Hi, from the photo your cheeks are asymmetric with one side more narrow and flat than the other. I have performed many cheek augmentations on men and women for over 30 years. You can use a dermal filler or cheek implants. The implants create a permanent enhancement. It's difficult to say without the benefit of a formal evaluation. This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
Considering that your photos do not show much in-person evaluation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended.
Facial volume loss Thanks for your question and photos. There are a variety or options, both non surgical and surgical, that can treat loss of volume in the face. These include fillers, either temporary or permanent, fat grafting or facial implants. They can create volume, symmetry, and...
Your face needs NO fillers. I would need to see better photos to discuss your nose and a pre jowl implant.
Facial sculpting and contour can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat would be alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
