Is it normal to have a blue/dark discoloration After Injection of Juvederm in cheeks

Hello, I recently received Juvederm injections at the superficial layer to fill in divot my cheeks and now i have little lumps and blue/dark discoloration in the area where the doctor injected Juvederm. What can be done to remove the lumps and the discoloration?
