How long does a good rhinoplasty results last?

Nosehope
Can it last for a lifetime. I mean 50 to 60 years. I'm in my 40s and will live up to ~97. I'm desperate because I never wanted a rhinoplasty but I need to have one because my nose was botched due to a crime against me. I hope it will be the only time I do a rhinoplasty.
