I had BBL on May 2019 and very unhappy with results. Inner part of buttocks look so ugly. Like balls hanging down. Still dimples on both of side of buttocks. What can be done in my situation? Who can help me? And how much would it be? Im in New York

Some before pictures would be helpful to better evaluate your outcome and/or complications. It is not uncommon for patients to lose most of their fat following BBL fat transfer. As the fat melts away it tends to leave behind complications as you are experiencing with contour deformities, unevenness, dimpling, and other problems. Undergoing BBL again would likely create more of the same. Many patients in your situation have successfully next undergone buttock implants to greatly improve upon this result. Glad to be of help.

Is the outcome of a procedure you need to show proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.

Yes of your inner lower budget is best corrected with a lift which remains excision of skin and this will leave the small scar.

If you had cellulite before the procedure then you should’ve been warned that cellulite is made worse from fat transfer.

I suggest you follow up with your provider. If you seek second opinions then please bring proper before and after pictures and your surgeons operative report. If you don’t have these ask your surgeon to forward your medical records including pictures and operative report.
