I’ve had 2 rounds (BBL) done by the same doctor. I love my results other than a flat area on one cheek and these hollow areas (see arrows). When asked, he stated these areas were very difficult to expand and I would risk a “blow-out” if he was too aggressive. For the flat spot he said it’s due to cellulite and filling that in could result in blowout. Are these areas that all BBL doctors have trouble filling or is truly that I have a “difficult” physique?
