Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you may want to inquire about fat grafting into the areas of irregularity. This will allow the contour to improve without placement of a surgical scar. You would likely need multiple fat grafting sessions to obtain full correction. After contour improvement with fat grafting you may want to consider skin tightening with Morpheus 8. Morpheus 8 is a radio frequency laser that utilizes microneedles to deliver the energy. This helps tighten the skin.

A medial thigh lift unfortunately does leave a very visible scar that regular bikinis will not hide. You would need to wear boy shorts to hide the scars. The lift will not correct the contour deformities.

Inner thigh Liposuction rarely gives high patient satisfaction in the first place. It can be a helpful procedure and young women with tight skin.

I can also be a good source of fat for the BBL procedure.

The primary problem is that you have skin laxity and now an uneven fat distribution.

The skin laxity can be corrected with a thigh lift but not the uneven fat distribution.

There are no good remedies to correct poorly done Liposuction.

The best thing to do is to be highly selective of what plastic surgeon you choose to do the procedure in the first place.

My first hand experience with Renuvion is fairly dismal. Patients had more pain during the recovery and I saw no visible improvements in skin tightening.
