BBL revision to reshape, want my jeans to fit properly and to get rid of my point dog ears. Options? (photos)

This can likely be improved as an office procedure with a little liposuction and skin removal. The recovery is fast.

To get the desired changes you will need surgery. The tuck to get a lift of the inner lower part of your buttocks will require a skin excision which will leave a scar.

You had significant skin laxity and still do on the sides. Your tummy tuck scar should be brought back to your backside.

Reducing some of your buttocks size wouldn’t hurt. Personally I would’ve grafted fat to transition into the thighs by adding fat down along the thighs as well.

Asymmetry is natural and everybody has it.

Make sure your jeans are not asymmetrical as well.
