What happened to cause discolouration from my BBL? (Photo)

I had a Brazilian bum lift in January this year and I’ve got this horrible discolouring on my bum/thigh and I don’t understand what’s going on it can’t be bruising this far from op, so what’s happened? Any help or advice would be hugely appreciated. Also the cellulite is unreal any advice on how to smooth this out?
