Hello, 4 days ago i had a filler Treatment. I noticed when i put eyecream on, that on both sides there are hard lumps. You can not see them but feel them (they might be deep thats why you can't see them). Should i be worried? And I noticed that sometimes the under eyes look more swollen/uneven through the day, like when its night and in the morning it is better... I don't know if this is normal..should i massage the area more maybe? And how can i get rid of the small hard lumps? Thank you!
Answer: Bump on eyes I would wait a whole two weeks for the eyes to heal before deciding what should be done. At the moment I would just continue icing and sleep with one extra pillow to allows the inflammation to subside. if it persists after 2 weeks you can have a little bit of hylauronidase put on that spot

Answer: Hard lump after filler (juvederm volbella) in the under eye 4 days ago, should I be worried? Thank you for sharing your question and congratulations on your lower eye treatment! Swelling after any filler placement is quite common especially in the thin nature of the lower eye tissues. This swelling, and your results, will steadily improve over the next 10-14 days. It often takes up to 2 weeks for fillers to soften and the tissues to appear more natural. In the meantime try reducing the swelling by using cold compresses and elevating your head at night with a couple of extra pillows behind your back. You may want to also consider using Arnica Montana and bromelain as supplements. Hang in there!

Answer: Volbella Filler Treatment Thank you for your question about Volbella. It is normal to be able to palpate the filler. As long as you do not see it when you smile or animate, it should not be an issue. If it bothers you, you could always have your provider dissolve it. However, you would then lose the results of your procedure. I would not massage the area, you are just feeling the product. It is normal to be more swollen in the morning. As you get up and move around, the swelling should decrease. Volbella is a hyaluronic acid filler, by nature hyaluronic acid absorbs water. Therefore you may have a little swelling the first few days following the injection. To be sure, see two or more experienced, licensed and board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have treatment. I hope this helps.

Answer: Hard lump after filler (juvederm volbella) in the under eye 4 days ago, should I be worried? Online, there's no way to tell the cause of your lumps right now. However, it likely has to do with swelling. If this is not better soon, then consider seeing your injector before 2 weeks. See the video below for additional tips.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO

Answer: Lumps after Volbella I tell my patients that it is normal to feel some lumps and bumps for about two weeks after any filler is injected. I do not recommend massaging them during this period. If after two weeks, there are still lumps, then you should follow up with your injector. Any residual lumps can usually be gently heated with a laser and smoothed out. In the worst case scenario, an enzyme can be injected, which will dissolve the lumps.Best of luck to you.
