It's about a week since my otoplasty surgery but I am worried that if I begin to use my glasses this early it would effect the outcome of my results. I do feel a little pain/discomfort when wearing them. Should I stop wearing them and if so how long should I wait till I am able to wear glasses without it affecting my ears development. Or can I wear them now? The glasses don't push out my ears or anything but they just give me some pain/discomfort.

My suggestion is too call your surgeon as soon as possible and have him check on you once again. Infection after otoplasty is not common but when it occurs one should be treated immediately with antibiotics.
