Can I get rid of this kind of pointy ears? (Photo)

I wasn't born with this kind of pointy ears. When I was a baby, I used to sleep on them and that's why I have this kind of ears now. I can never wear a pony tail, I just want to know if it is able to fix. Thank you.

I have not heard of this procedure and I even tried searching for it online. I don't see the advantage of using the laser in otolplasty however.

Thank you for your question. It is very hard to say without pictures, especially your pre-op pictures and pictures of now. Generally speaking, depending on what techniques were used during surgery and what type of sutures were placed, it would be possible for the results to reverse or change...

Thanks for your question.  Yes, it is possible to reduce the size of your ear cartilage, depending on your specific ear anatomy.  I would recommend consulting a board certified plastic surgeon for him/her to evaluate your ears in person and offer treatment options.  Hope this helps...best of luck!
