Hi. I have a vertical forhead indent on my forehead. Ive always had it - its genetic and not a disease. Is there a way to fix this. It makes me look at least 40 and Im only 25.

Answer: Forehead contouring The issue that you have can be address with either soft tissue contouring, bone contouring or both. I see the issue on that one photo but it will look different in various angles. The best way to correct this is to contour the bone underneath it. Soft tissue contouring with fillers and fat is possible but may be lumpy as a risk. Consult a forehead contouring specialist for more info. Best wishes

Answer: Filler, fat grafting or Renuva Thank you for your picture. Look like an actor. There are many options to treat this ranging from temporary result with fillers, to more permanent result w fat grafting and fat matrix grafting (Renuva). I find that fat grafting is less predictable but is long lasting. Fillers give you instant gratification but they only last up to 2 years at best. Renuva has lots of promises but it’s new. Thank you and best wishes.
