Does Lipofiller for cheeks, lips and jawline last longer than the typical derma fillers such as Voluma or Juvederm?

When large volumes of filler are required, using your own fat is an excellent option. Reports in the literature claim anywhere from 30% to 70% of the fat will survive with the latest harvest and injection techniques (including using PRP). Another benefit of using fat is that sufficient fat can be harvested to ensure complete replacement of lost volume. However, my experience with using fat as a filler for lips is no different than using an HA filler. The lips are most likely to exhibit resorption. A side benefit to using fat is that it tends to leave the skin looking smooth and healthy.

Yes, this would give you a permanent result. Keep in mind, fat transfer technique is important for successful fat transfer. I recommend water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable and sustainable fat cells.
