I had rhinoplasty three weeks ago and while I’m happy with the front and profile the nostrils are very uneven and the tip is skewing. I know it takes a year for swelling to come down but I’m concerned this problem won’t go away. After a year should I seek revision from a new surgeon since the original one didn’t fix this issue and made the nostrils worse? I’m terribly depressed at the outcome. He didn’t seem to think it was an issue which has me really worried
