Unfortunately your scenario is not unusual after rhinoplasty. It takes a very subtle and precise correction to keep the nose looking natural and not too short., and take a bump off without creating a slope. At this point, your only solution is a revision rhinoplasty with the goal of replacing the cartilage that was removed to lengthen the nose, and straighten the profile. If your septum was untouched you may be able to get enough cartilage, otherwise you will need rib graft with can be either donor rib or your own: both have their trade offs. The revision will be more complex than the origiinal surgery so my advice would be to get more than one consultation with a surgeon experienced in revisions based on reputation, credentials, experience, before and after photos, nnd consider patient reviews although outstanding surgeons do not make every revision rhinoplasty patient happy. I think your goals are realistic, but you need to wait at least a full year after your primary.

If you have had a rhinoplasty you don't like, often it is due to the doctor removing too much bone and cartilage. Paradoxically this can create a nose that looks bigger, fatter, or more swollen as the soft tissue (skin, etc) of the nose has nowhere to sit.
