Thank you for your question.  A lot of times male patients have intra abdominal fat which is fat around the intestinal area.  This fat is not treatable by liposuction or even a tummy tuck.  In order to treat that fat it would consist of a low card diet, exercise and weight loss.  Although women can have this as well, we do see it a little more in men.  I would recommend going in for a in person consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and see what options you may have.  Best of luck to you during your consultation.
