I’m interested in having fat transfer to my lips and/or a lip lift performed by an plastic surgeon during an upcoming fat transfer to my cheeks/Rhinoplasty surgery with him. My surgeon doesn’t know yet that I have a slight gummy smile. I don’t feel comfortable posting my photo here. I will tell my surgeon about my smile. I read that a lip lift can make gummy smiles worse. Could that also happen with fat transfer to the lips? I’m uninterested in dermal fillers because of their temporary effects.
