Would a breast augmentation suit my body?

Hello — I’m considering a breast augmentation to add some curves to my body. Do you think it will look odd because I’m lean and have basically no hips? I only want it if it will look natural. Looking for a modest one - maybe around 300-320cc

You need to be in the normal range (less than 5.6% or less than 38mmol/mol) and that will make your chance of complications e.g. wound healing and infection normalise. I would advise you discuss these figures with your Diabetic Specialise Nurse, Endocrinologist and/or GP to get onto a new regime...

5’6.5”, 114 lbs. and would like a breast fat transfer. Is it reasonable to do the BA with fat transfer?

Good afternoon! Unfortunately the amount that can be transplanted reliably and successfully is very small- much of the transplanted fat doesn't survive and gets reabsorbed over the first year. I doubt you will have enough fat to undergo a successful fat transfer-only breast augmentation.
