Depending on the amount of descent, you can undergo a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Implants are not lifetime devices. 8% fail within the first year and 30% fail within six years. Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Your photos suggest that you should be able to achieve your goals with standard breast augmentation. Seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who can provide you with options and anticipated outcomes.
Thanks for your question!Yes it's possible! Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. Best wishes!
The picture is hard to interpret as it looks like the bottom photo was cut off. The decision process here depends on which look you are trying to achieve. If you are going for the top picture, lift with implants would do. If you are going for the middle picture, lift alone would likely be a great option. As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result.
I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to be measured and discuss your goals. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Thank you for your question and photos. I would recommend meeting with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that specializes in breast procedures and they can discuss goals/assess your individual anatomy.
Hello, thank you for your question. Breast reduction surgery is one of the most patient pleasing plastic surgery procedures. Breast reduction surgery will also help to reshape your breast. Very large breasts have the natural tendency to sag or hang low, so breast reduction surgery will lift them up and help them look perkier under tight clothing.
Good morning!Yes indeed- I recommend a full anchor type breast lift with a small submuscular augmentation to provide upper pole fullness and perkiness.
Dear Exquisite625122,breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
