What breast procedure would be best for me?

determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.

Hi and thanks for your question. Based on your photos. You need a breast-lifting surgery. After breast lifting you get lifted but slightly smaller breasts than now. My first recommendation is breast lifting and implant for you. With this combination you can get lifted, round and attractive breast. Different size implant should be used for your case. Implant can fill upper part of your breast and that gives good and round appearance to your breast.After this surgery you have incision around areola and from the areola to bra sulcus. The operation takes about 2.5 - 3 hours. You should use a sport bra for 6 weeks following the surgery. If you want breast lifting and implant, you should use breast band with sports bra for 6 weeks after the surgery. Sports bra supports your breast from downside and breast band supports them from the upside. By this way breast tissue and implant will be moving together.
