Hi! I’m 27 years old and I have always been extremely insecure about my breasts. I believe I have breast ptosis? It must be genetic as I don’t have kids. I also dislike the size of my areola. Also after taking this picture I realise my breasts are different sizes :( what procedure would be beat for me to have more normal looking breasts? Thank you
Answer: Breasts Depending upon which breast you prefer, would depend if you had a small reduction with lift for the larger breast, or augmentation for the smaller with a lift for the larger, or augmentation for both with a lift to the larger breast. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options.

Answer: Breast enhancement I recommend an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon to be measured and discuss your goals. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Answer: Considering options From your photo I think you'd enjoy the benefits of a breast lift and augmentation. The lift would bring the nipple position up and remove excess skin. The areola can be reduced as well. Implants will help improve the size differential and give a nice shape to the breasts.

Answer: Donut Mastopexy / Augmentation Good morning! I think your best choice would be a donut mastopexy and submuscular augmentation with saline or silicone implants, depending on your preference. The donut mastopexy will lift your nipples to the same level, allow me to reduce your areolas, and tighten your skin. We would figure out the exact size and profile when I measure your chest, we review photos together, and you have an opportunity to try on the implant sizers here in the office!

Answer: Breast lift vs BA Dear orea94, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.
