I had belly button revision surgery 10 days ago and I noticed it has pus and it looks deformed. Is this skin necrosis

Although you are very thin and don't have a lot of extra skin...not enough for a traditional tummy tuck...it is likely some extra skin that has caused your belly button's appearance.Perhaps consider a tummy tuck where your belly button is floated...meaning that it is detached from the deeper...

By removing the ring the opening will shrink slowly and most of the time surgery is not required. When needed the pierced site may be excised. Best wishes.
