Is it safe to get a BBL 5 months into your Accutane journey?

I am supposed to begin my five month accutane journey on 11/26/18. However, I also plan on having my BBL done the second week of April 2019. Is this safe to do? If not, how long do I have to wait between getting the BBL and starting the Accutane? Which one is best to do first?
