Will a BBL with 400cc’s be noticeable?

My philosophy is to place as much fat as possible without causing fat necrosis or undue pressure.  I always anticipate that only 50% will survive, but frequently more does survive. You may not see much of a difference with only 400cc. Even on a thin patient, I can usually get an average of 800 cc of fat per buttock. There are certain limiting anatomic factors, but the surgical technique affects the outcome.  

Thank you for your question.I think based on your frame, it will be a good result. It is hard to determine without seeing photos though. In some cases when the skin will only stretch so far, it does limit the amount that can be injected in that area. Follow your post-op care and give it time. Good luck with healing.
