Will a BBL with 400cc’s be noticeable?

My philosophy is to place as much fat as possible without causing fat necrosis or undue pressure.  I always anticipate that only 50% will survive, but frequently more does survive. You may not see much of a difference with only 400cc. Even on a thin patient, I can usually get an average of 800 cc of fat per buttock. There are certain limiting anatomic factors, but the surgical technique affects the outcome.  

Thank you for your question.I think based on your frame, it will be a good result. It is hard to determine without seeing photos though. In some cases when the skin will only stretch so far, it does limit the amount that can be injected in that area. Follow your post-op care and give it time. Good luck with healing.

Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of Brazilian Butt Lifts and has privileges to do this surgery at a local university hospital. This says his credentials have been checked out by fellow Drs. All surgeries carry risk, talk to your plastic surgeon and choose one wisely.

Congratulations on your recent surgery. During the procedure of BBL, fat is harvested from areas of excess and transplanted to the buttocks. One knows when maximum volume is reached when the injected fatty tissue literally "squirts" out of the incisions as the buttocks cannot accommodate any more transplanted tissue. 400 cc in a small framed individual will definitely be noticed!
