If you are in good health, there should be no reason for you not to have the BBL.  Fat can be taken from many different areas (abdomen, sides, back, bra rolls, thighs, arms, etc) depending upon the areas of excess and what your goals may be.  Most patients get an immense benefit with maximal liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back to obtain the smallest waist possible and then maximal fat transfer to the buttocks and hips. The goal is to transfer fat from areas where you find it displeasing to areas in which you would like more volume. Wait three to six months after the BBL for  a TT revision.

Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back, hips, and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

Hi. You keep asking the same question, and posting the same pictures. You already know you are candidate for a Tummy Tuck Revision  + Lipo + BBL, you are not candidate for obvious reasons only for BBL. You have a boxy and square body shape, as you can see, and you will improve your body contour only  through these procedures.

You have a V-shaped Buttock. You will need Liposuction and expansion especially of the lower outer quadrants to achieve a nice heart shaped Buttock. This is best done with expansion vibration lipo filling. You should seek a plastic surgeon who has done this operation thousands of times and has no fatal fat emboli. Look at his or her before and after’s.   Safety first!
