hello thank you for your question and provided information as well.. based in your question the difference is the compression and the function.the gartment ( second stage its gonna get compression where the gartment is ended).and the waist trained only is gonna get compression in the waist and its not recommended post liposuction because , this patients need a strong compresion.
The only realistic goal after wearing compression garments is to help to reattach the skin to muscle and prevent the swelling to go crazy. It is a Myth that more compression better results, is a lie that CG will make your waist smaller or your shape better. So the CG (medium to light compression) will give a better distributed compression. Be encouraged. Dr. Cárdenas
The PS who performed your liposuction is the best person to ask about switching from the faja to the waist trainer. I prefer that my patients wear an adjustable compression garment for 4 to 6 weeks.
Dear SXdoll1993,every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hi. Not only your waist needs compression after a Liposculpture but the whole body contour from where fat had been harvested. So the girdle is the proper compression garment to limit the edema. I ask my patients to use it for 6 weeks after surgery during day only.International Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS)Member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS)25 years experience

Hi darling, thank you for your question. This is normal to experience once the time has passed by. The volume depends on how much fat was transfered but you need to take in consideration that after 2-3 years the results won't be exactly the same, swelling won't be going on and many other factors...
Vaginal discharge can obviously be an STD, so it is best to have it looked at by a professional. You can also develop a yeast infection from pH change from antibiotics. Both of the above require medication, so again it is best to be seen by a professional to figure out what is going on. The rash...
