I find the faja uncomfortable and inconvenient. Is the faja superior to a waist trainer since they both give compression? Is it okay to switch from faja to waist trainer?

Answer: What’s the difference between a waist trainer and faja for BBL compression? Hi. Not only your waist needs compression after a Liposculpture but the whole body contour from where fat had been harvested. So the girdle is the proper compression garment to limit the edema. I ask my patients to use it for 6 weeks after surgery during day only.International Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS)Member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS)25 years experience
