My primary surgeon shortened my septum and also upturned the tip.All i wanted was a hump reduction.I am now looking to get as close to my original length as possible. I know everyone is different and must first be examined before getting a good idea. But on average how much length and projection can be added back? My septum was shortened by around 3mm and tip was turned up. Is it reasonable to expect to return close to my original length and projection? Or should i not even waste my time trying?
