Can fillers show Infratip lobule? Is this ideal? What can be done for retracted columella/upturned nose?

Fillers will only give a temporary benefit, and repeated use of fillers over years can result in scarring, so I would not advise them except as trial perhaps to evaluate aesthetics.  The only permanent way to fill out the infratip lobule is cartilage grafting which can also extend the nose, which requires a formal revision rhinnoplasty.

Three weeks after surgery is very early in the healing process. Your nose will look different when assessed at three, six, 12 months. Even years later the appearance of your nose may change. It is important to let your nature take its course and let your nose heal before considering any other intervention. You should continue following with your surgeon through this time. After the appearance of your nose has stabilized then you can consider a revision rhinoplasty or filler like restalyne or Juvederm. There are advantages and disadvantages to each of these. I would not entertainin these options for atleast 9-12 months after surgery. I recommend a board certified facial plastic surgeon who specializes in revision rhinoplasty if you do seek addition intervention. I wish you the best. Dr. Ardeshirpour 

I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the outcome of your rhinoplasty. I am not sure that I would advised using fillers as a permanent solution to your problem. You would need to have a revision tip plasty with a septal extension graft or a strong columellar strut in order to reposition your tip and improve the columellar and lobule show. I hope this helps.
