The marketing term used by this particular plastic surgeon is exactly that,  a marketing ploy to describe the range of treatments widely available to treat a male patient.  Generally men have several areas of concern. 
The face: due to more muscle mass in the forehead, deeper wrinkles, folds and lines can be treated with a combination of botox and fillers.  The required amounts of tge materials may vary and hence the price.  Scars may be "surgically brushed" to make them less visible, wrinkles around the eyes may be completely removed and bags under the eyes causing a tired or old appearance may be flattened. A weak chin may be accentuated using fillers and nasal contours can be refined. 
The chest: hairy chests may be smoothed with laser hair removal,  large male breasts may be recontoured, a more muscular peck apoearance can be created with fillers. 
Abdomen: can be resculpted, tightened and  etched for a six pack appearance in various ways. 
Hands: veiny appearance, exposed tendons or ligaments create "worker hands" which van be easily addressed with fillers 
Dont fall prey to meaningless marketing terms as they are created to make it more difficult to shop around and compare similar services in other plastic surgery practices.
