I feel like I have a long facial shape. I did have double jaw surgery a couple years ago but still not happy with how I look. I feel like my face is too long and oval. I also feel like my chin sticks out too much especially when I smile. I just want my face to look shorter and more feminine. I’m also thinking about getting lip injections as well.

Great question! While I think your face looks nice the way it is, you have a couple options. Increase lip and cheek volume will change the overall facial shape and can help you transition from slightly "oval" to more "heart" shaped. Good luck!

Fillers could be used to enhance face shape. Improving your cheekbone definition may give some "width" to your face and make it look less elongated. The best thing to do is schedule an in person consultation with a local aesthetic physician to discuss your concerns and to come up with an appropriate treatment plan.

Dear Jenny,
You have a beautiful face. To be honest, I wont recommend doing anything to change your face.
In the absence of surgery, to reduce the length, you can visually enhance your forehead with fillers. This creates an optical illusion to reduce the focus on the long axis of your face. But forehead fillers carry risks so this is not my first line for you.
