It looks like slight lengthening/tip rotation is possible with filler. I’ve looked into having this surgically corrected and I’ve found my expected cost would be around $20,000, plus I have to take a few weeks off work. I’ve broken my nose twice and have had one corrective surgery (re-broken) and one cosmetic.
Answer: Non-surgical rhinoplasty Dear LongLip,Thank you for your question. As a plastic surgeon and rhinoplasty specialist, I am impressed with the results I've been able to achieve with filler. For the right type of candidate, it is a great option. It sounds as if you have had several traumas and surgeries to your nose, which will make the skin less accommodating to the filler because of scar tissue. Your best bet is to see a skilled and experienced injector who can review both your surgical and non-surgical options. Filler can be used to lengthen the nose and increase tip rotation, it may be the best option for you as long as you have reasonable expectations.Nirmal R. Answer: #nosefiller fillers can be used to correct minor nasal asymmetries. I have a few patients that I have treated who are not candidates for rhinoplasty. its a bit tricky as there could be scar tissue due to your injury and filler placement must be done with extreme caution as it can cause vascular compromise

Answer: Surgical versus non surgical rhinoplasty I think that there are several limitations to non surgical rhinoplasty compared to the changes that you can achieve with revision rhinoplasty. However, the advantages of non surgical rhinoplasty is that the procedure is immediate, relatively inexpensive, and you may be able to achieve a result that is close to what you were hoping to get from surgery. I would suggest a consultation with these questions and issues in mind. I would also seek a second consultation as I am certain that you can find an excellent rhinoplasty surgeon who can take care of your nose for under $20K.

Answer: Nose filler treatment - Am I a candidate? In my opinion, nose filler treatment is good for softening dorsal nasal bumps and for adding subtle volume to the nasal tip and for slightly raising the tip. It does not help with nasal asymmetries and is not good for treating a bulbous tip. It is not clear to me off the pictures what is is you are looking to correct but I recommend you a schedule an in person consultation with an aesthetic physician to determine if fillers may help.
