Hi @SGee123. Thank you for sharing your photos. I would suggest you consider hyaluronic acid dermal fillers like Restylane Defyne for your nasolabial folds/laugh lines. I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications. Best of luck, Dr. Nima
I would recommend a dermal filler in the lower mouth/chin area to help lessen some of the volume loss. This will help smooth out the sunkenness around the mouth. You can also use a slight amount of filler in the nasolabial folds.
A combination approach will give the most improvement to these. I recommend fillers for the folds themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Dear SGee123:Looking at your photos, I would recommend fillers for your mid and lower face as well as RF skin tightening that will help to lift and soften the lines around your mouth. All the best.
Hi SGee123, I would suggest a very conservative approach to soften the mild volume loss and fine lines around your mouth. Restylane Refyne is a dermal filler that will soften lines without bulking up the area treated. 1 syringe should be enough. Results can last up to 8 months. Very natural looking results. Way less is best.
Dear SGee,Thank you for your query. Not to worry, all you need is a touch of dermal fillers to touch up the lines, and you will see changes you really like.I Hope this helps.Dr Daniel Chang
Dear LongLip,Thank you for your question. As a plastic surgeon and rhinoplasty specialist, I am impressed with the results I've been able to achieve with filler. For the right type of candidate, it is a great option. It sounds as if you have had several traumas and surgeries to your nose, which ...
Dear nightingale, Thank you for your query. Rest assured. Antihistamines are absolutely safe with dermal fillers. And are useful for those with sensitivity conditions. I hope this helps. Dr Daniel Chang
Great question! While I think your face looks nice the way it is, you have a couple options. Increase lip and cheek volume will change the overall facial shape and can help you transition from slightly "oval" to more "heart" shaped. Good luck!
I have been consulted for tip necrosis following rhinoplasty surgery and it does not look like the photos that you have provided. I cannot say that you do not have some element of nasal tip vascular compromise or simply bruising. If you push on your tip gently and watch the skin turn white o...
Dissolving the upper eyelid filler should not cause eyelids to sag but it depends on how long the filler was present and how full. Looking at your photos, you should be fine. However, best to discuss with the person who did your injection. It just may need more time to settle.
Interestingly, we now have more than a decade of experience and studies in millions of different types of people treated all over the world. The data and experience suggests that not only is there NOT a worsening of the look of the face, in fact most people look better than had they never had...
