Antihistamine use will not affect filler injections, however if you have an eczema flare up anywhere near the filler injection site I would hold off on filler inject until the eczema flare up has subsided.

Filler itself should not cause muscles to spasms. If it persists, I recommend following up with your Doctor. If you're unhappy with your results, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase. Best, Dr. Emer
