Great question! While I think your face looks nice the way it is, you have a couple options. Increase lip and cheek volume will change the overall facial shape and can help you transition from slightly "oval" to more "heart" shaped. Good luck!

Dissolving the upper eyelid filler should not cause eyelids to sag but it depends on how long the filler was present and how full. Looking at your photos, you should be fine. However, best to discuss with the person who did your injection. It just may need more time to settle.

Filler itself should not cause muscles to spasms. If it persists, I recommend following up with your Doctor. If you're unhappy with your results, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase. Best, Dr. Emer
