I currently have 260cc hp 10.4cm, the 500cc hp mentor Is 13.2cm. Both under the muscle. How will my results look going under by BWD? I'll my boobs cleavage look like my color wish pics?
Answer: Size Yes, think that the 500cc HP will get you there. The implant selection should be based on a combination of your desired size, soft tissue dynamics, breast base diameter and skin elasticity. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach TrainedDouble Board-Certified Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Best breast implants for me (revisionary breast surgery)? Thank you for the question. Although it is not possible to provide you with definitive advice without in person evaluation, I think that you are thinking along the right lines. In other words, although I cannot comment on a specific breast implant size/profile, I think that it is likely that the breast implant size and profile you are considering will get you very close to your desired outcome. Keep in mind that sometimes, during this revisionary surgery, adjustment of the breast implant capsules is also necessary to achieve the desired outcome. Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, and computer imaging) will be critical. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery (regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural or fake look” or "D or DD cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery ( after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers). Viewing the patient's chest wall in the upright and supine positions, with temporary sizes in place, help select the best breast implant size/profile for the specific patient. I hope this helps. Best wishes.

Answer: Implant size That's a large increase in base width to go from 10.4 to 13.6. If you want more projection, consider the Mentor Ultra High profile which can give you 500cc volume with a width closer to 12cm. The 13.6cm implant may end up feeling like its in your armpit. Not sure your base width is 14cm looking at your photos. Talk about an UHP implant with your surgeon. Best wishes.

Answer: Cleavage Cleavage is limited by your anatomy in many ways. If you started off with a wide cleavage, a wider implant may cheat it in a bit.

Answer: What size implant? Thank you for your question. It is difficult to predict your final outcome with a specific implant. However, based only on a picture I think you will be very close to your desired outcome with the 500cc implant. Hope this helps.
