Nipple facing downwards after breast augmentation - is there a correcting surgery? (Photos)

485ccs
I am over 12 months post operative and i went through the nipple for my surgery . I consulted my doctor during my 3 day post op check up about my nipples facing downwards and he said it was just from the tape that was holding together my incision . the photos may not show the dramatic difference but in person it is very noticeable and quite embarrassing . even in sports bras im always having to lift my breast to be in proportion to the other .
