Nipple facing downwards after breast augmentation - is there a correcting surgery? (Photos)

The pre-op pictures show some asymmetry, which became more apparent with expansion of the breasts from the implants. A procedure called a crescent lift might be the solution. It can often be done under local anesthesia.

I am sorry to hear about it concerns after breast augmentation surgery. Careful physical examination will be necessary to provide you with the best option for revisionary surgery. For example, assuming the breast implants are both in good position, then moving the lower nipple areola complex up ( "breast lift") will likely be necessary to improve the symmetry of the nipples/areola complexes. Discuss your concerns/goals directly with your plastic surgeon who will be the best position to advise you. If we looked closely at your pre-operative photos my guess is that you had some nipple asymmetry prior to your augmentation and this has become magnified.  You should look at your photos with your surgeon to discuss this.  There may be something that can be done but it may require more visible scarbest of luck

There are two issues here, one is the asymmetric position of the nipples you had before surgery and still do have. If that is your concern, a minilift of the one lower nipple will improve the asymmetry. But I think your concern lies in the fact both nipples are too low on the augmented breast. The cause is usually a simple one, the surgeon did not create a dual plane implant pocket  and did an inadequate release of the lower edge of the muscle. The correction is an easy one, revise the pocket allowing the lower edge of the muscle to be released and slide up, thus it will quit acting like a hammock which is holding the implant in the higher position. The implant will then move down but you have to understand this will cause loss of a little of the fullness in the upper breast as the fullness moves lower. I have patients come in with this problem several times a year and the correction is quite predictable.

You simply had your own natural asymmetry magnified by BA as you can well see it in your preop photos. This happens frequently. You could benefit from a breast lift.
